The Himalayan Monal, Lophophorus impejanus also known as the Impeyan Monal is a bird of genus Lophophorus of the pheasant family, Phasianidae. It is the national bird of Himchal Pradesh. The cancellation depicts two Monal's and Himalayan range on backdrop.
